Shortsightednesss has tripled from 1993 to 2023 and high myopia is an emerging cause of global blindness.

I have written a survey to better understand attitudes and awareness to myopia and myopia management in English teachers. I would appreciate any primary teachers to complete, or share with other teacher colleagues. It will take maximum 15 minutes and is all anonymised
