When we created this platform just before Christmas, we didn;t have any idea how successful it would be, but we feel very grateful for our first 100 followers, so thankful.

Teachers have little or no access to a designated platform that allows them to connect with other schools/teachers for the purpose of improving their practice. Schools are limited to internal training provided by existing employees or unreliable and non-subject specific social media groups. When schools change exam boards, huge amounts of materials have to be planned from scratch. Newly qualified teachers (NQTs) also have limited support and experience in teaching new curriculum material for the first time.
