Hi all. We have Ofsted coming soon. Does anyone have any up to date experiences of Ofsted and what they were looking for when they came to your schools/colleges?

Hi all. We have Ofsted coming soon. Does anyone have any up to date experiences of Ofsted and what they were looking for when they came to your schools/colleges?
Hi. We had Ofsted in last year. They were focusing on deep dives of specifc subject areas (think one of ours was Psychology). There was a huge push on skills, i.e. how skills from that subject link to the workplace etc. They wanted to see evidence of this within planning, SoW etc. Maybe something to think about? Let me know if you need any more information :-)
